Jodi is a retirement planning and distribution specialist bringing over 25 years of industry capabilities to collaborate with clients and best serve them based on their goals and values. Her real life experiences bring a personal depth to her financial planning knowledge that helps her connect with clients on a deeper level to meet them where they are in life. Jodi served as a caregiver for her mom, is the wife of a retiree and prepared taxes for several years, so she understands what it takes to support others and have a solid plan in place when life gets challenging.
Jodi is not your typical advisor. While the numbers, processes and plans are important, they’re not the only elements that make Jodi a creative problem solver for her clients. She listens intently to both what clients are and are not saying – some of those unintentional moments that are so critical to pick up on when creating a lasting financial plan.
She believes there is importance in looking at the big picture, creating balance and helping client focus on the things that are most important to them – like family and experiences. She collaborates with her clients to develop a sound financial plan based on their goals and values so they can have the confidence to enjoy life without the worry. Jodi walks alongside clients in the transition to retirement to help them change their mindset from saving to spending by helping them learn how to spend money. She believes that educating her clients helps best serve them when it comes to making informed financial decisions.
Jodi is a lifelong learner with insight and the advanced education to help her deliver for clients in a highly personal and professional way. She holds several designations from The American College of Financial Services including Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). She is currently pursuing additional higher education to help her best serve clients. Jodi is also Series 7, 6, 63 and 65 registered and is a fully licensed Life & Health Insurance agent.
Outside of the office, Jodi enjoys her time with her loving family and the beautiful outdoors whether it’s golfing, four wheeling, camping or spending time with her granddaughters.
